Kelley Cornish
Kelley Cornish, Esq.

Kelley Cornish is a partner at Selendy Gay. Kelley joined Selendy Gay after more than 20 years as a leader of the bankruptcy practice at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she was a member of firm management. Kelley represents the full range of participants in bankruptcy cases and corporate restructurings. She also has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation, including bankruptcy-related litigation. Kelley is an industry trailblazer and is consistently recognized by Chambers, The Legal 500, Lawdragon, The Best Lawyers in America, IFLR1000 and Who’s Who Legal as a leading bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer. Kelley is known for her commitment to philanthropy and generously gives her time to multiple community organizations.

Michael Eisenband

Michael Eisenband is Global Co-Leader of FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment, the leader of Restructuring Services and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He is renowned nationally as an industry leader in providing restructuring advice to creditors and companies in complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court workout situations. Driven by results, Michael specializes in advising diverse constituencies to maximize recoveries and outcomes and brokering agreement among parties with often disparate interests. He has more than 35 years of experience in representing client interests in many of the largest and most complex restructurings and bankruptcies in history. Michael feels honored to have appeared in Judge Brozman’s courtroom as an associate with E&Y.

Judge Morris
The Honorable Cecelia Morris

Since 2000, Cecelia G. Morris has served as a Judge and as a chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to her appointment to the bench, Judge Morris was an Assistant District Attorney in Georgia and also maintained a private legal practice. Judge Morris received her BS from West Texas State University and her JD from John Marshall School of Law. Tina was one of Judge Morris’ mentors when she joined the bench showing her ‘around’ the court. Most importantly to Cecelia, Tina was a dear and trusted friend.
