Please instruct your broker to electronically transfer the stock or mutual funds to the Tina’s Wish account at Vanguard. Your broker will need the following information to complete the transfer. After you instruct your broker to make the stock or mutual fund transfer, we ask that you let us know of your gift. Unfortunately, when securities are transferred electronically, the donor’s name is not always included in the transfer information. If we have the following information, we will be able to properly match the stock or mutual funds that we receive. Please call or email us with the following details:
- Name of securities transferred
- Number of shares
- Originating brokerage firm
- Approximate date of transfer
