4TH ANNUAL TINA’S WISH BENEFIT DINNER
The Fourth Annual Tina’s Wish Benefit Dinner was once again held at Cipriani 42nd Street on Monday, September 24th. Close to 600 loyal supporters and friends attended the Foundation’s signature event.
Laureen Ryan and Bettina Whyte, partners in the firm Alvarez & Marsal, bestowed this year’s Tina Brozman Mentoring Award to their mentor, friend and industry pioneer, Bryan Marsal, whose firm provides business advisory and crisis management services to under-performing or distressed companies world-wide. In addition, Dr. Ronny Drapkin of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the newest Tina’s Wish medical grant recipient, presented an overview of his groundbreaking ovarian cancer research.
With special thanks to the Dinner Committee, the Table Sponsors and many other generous donors, the evening raised $800,000. As has become tradition, the floral centerpieces were donated to Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City in memory of Tina Brozman.
