Tina’s Wish was honored to present Ricky Mason of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz with the 2022 Tina Brozman Mentoring Award.

Richard G. Mason (Ricky) is a senior partner in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and the chair of the Firm’s Restructuring and Finance Department. Ricky has held leading roles in many of the largest and most complex bankruptcies and out of court restructurings over the past several decades.

Ricky also believes in giving back to the community. A Distinguished Eagle Scout, he is Chair Emeritus of the Boy Scouts of America’s Greater New York Councils and a co-chair of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group of the UJA-Federation of New York’s Lawyers Division. Together with his wife Beth and their two children, Ricky founded the Mason Civic League, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to providing educational, art and civic support in Hoboken, New Jersey and beyond.

A distinguished restructuring practitioner, author and speaker, Dennis Dunne is the Global Leader for the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group and a member of the Global Executive Committee. Dennis has extensive experience in representing companies and creditors in reorganization cases and out-of-court workouts, acquirors of financially distressed companies, providers of financing, and board of directors of public and private companies. He is a trusted advisor to his clients and draws upon his broad experience across several disciplines to craft practical solutions and build the consensus required to implement those solutions.

Tina’s Wish was honored to present Laura Davis Jones of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones with the 2023 Tina Brozman Mentoring Award.

Laura Davis Jones is a name partner at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, a member of the firm’s managing committee, and the managing partner of the firm’s Delaware office. She has represented numerous debtors, creditors’ committees, bank groups, acquirers, and other significant constituencies in chapter 11 cases and workout proceedings. Laura was named “Deal Maker of the Year” by The American Lawyer, has been named continuously by her peers as one of the “Best Lawyers in America.” She is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and a Chambers USA “Star Individual,” the highest honor a lawyer can receive.
