Tina’s Wish was honored to present Nicole Greenblatt of Kirkland & Ellis with the 2025 Tina Brozman Mentoring Award.

Nicole Greenblatt is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where she represents debtors, creditors, equity holders and investors across all facets of complex corporate restructurings. Nicole has consistently been recognized by Chambers, Benchmark Litigation, The Deal and other publications as a top lawyer. She is a passionate advocate for women’s causes, serving on our Leadership Council and mentoring the next generation of leaders in her field. We are lucky to have her as a part of the Tina’s Wish family.

Tina’s Wish was honored to present William Derrough with the 2025 Tina Brozman Mentoring Award.

Bill Derrough is a seasoned investment banker with 35+ years of experience advising companies, boards, investors, unions and governments on strategic transactions, including 17 years at Moelis & Company where he was most recently Global Head of Capital Structure Advisory. Over his career, he has advised over 500 engagements with an aggregate value of over $600 billion. He is a frequent speaker at financial and legal industry conferences, and has been active in several nonprofit organizations. A mentor and trailblazer, Bill is deserving of this honor.

ANDREW BROZMAN, ESQ., Director

ANDREW BROZMAN, ESQ., Director

Andrew Brozman was married to Tina for almost 25 years. They lived in northern Westchester County, New York where Andrew still resides. Together they raised three children – Nick, Alix and Wallis – and a large number of Labrador Retrievers. They met as first year lawyers in the same firm and Andrew was introduced to financial restructuring law by Tina after she requested “a little help” on a matter over a weekend. Andrew later led the Financial Restructuring Group in the Americas at Clifford Chance, an international law firm. He graduated from Colgate University and New York University School of Law. Andrew is one of the founders of Tina’s Wish and remains devoted to ensuring that Tina’s wish is brought to fruition. He also is a member of The Director’s Leadership Council of the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Center and serves on the advisory board of The Disability Rights Advocates, a public interest law firm.

The Honorable Lisa G. Beckerman, Director

Lisa G. Beckerman was sworn in as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York in February 2021. Prior to her appointment, she was a partner in the financial restructuring group at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and earlier in her career a partner in the bankruptcy group at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Judge Beckerman also served as a co-chair of the Executive Committee of UJA-Federation of New York’s Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group, a co-chair and member of the Advisory Board of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s New York City Bankruptcy Conference, and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Judge Beckerman is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. She is a member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) and the 2021 NCBJ Education Committee, as well as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for Boston University School of Law. Judge Beckerman received an AB from University of Chicago in 1984, an MBA. from University of Texas in 1986 and a JD from Boston University in 1989.

Judge Beckerman sits on the Tina’s Wish Leadership Council. She appeared in front of Tina Brozman as a lawyer and has worked on cases with Tina’s husband, Andrew Brozman. Judge Beckerman greatly admires Tina and her many accomplishments.

AMY KYLE, ESQ., CHAIR

AMY KYLE, ESQ., CHAIR

Amy Kyle, retired, was a partner in Morgan, Lewis & Bockius’ Transactional Finance practice group (formerly Bingham McCutchen). She represents leading financial institutions in connection with a broad range of finance-related matters, with particular experience in the transportation industry and in debtor in possession lending and distressed situations. Amy received her BA from Princeton University and her JD from Columbia University School of Law.

Amy first worked closely with Tina when Tina joined Bingham McCutchen as co-chair of its financial restructuring practice group, on several challenging bankruptcy matters where each could bring her different experiences to bear. What began as a working relationship developed into a close friendship which survives now in fond memories, and a desire to carry on Tina’s legacy as a mentor, teacher and leader.

Lan Coffman, MD, PhD

Lan Coffman, MD, PhD

Dr. Coffman is a physician scientist actively conducting laboratory based and translational research and maintaining a specialized clinical practice focused on the medical treatment of ovarian cancer. Dr. Coffman’s research focuses on understanding and targeting the cancer supporting stromal tissues which are critical to the survival, growth and spread of ovarian cancer. Specifically, Dr, Coffman’s lab studies a critical non-malignant component of the ovarian cancer microenvironment, the carcinoma-associated mesenchymal stem cell (CA-MSC). CA-MSCs are stromal progenitor cells which significantly increase cancer growth, enrich the cancer stem cell pool and increase chemotherapy resistance.
