Nicole Greenblatt is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where she represents debtors, creditors, equity holders and investors across all facets of complex corporate restructurings. Nicole has consistently been recognized by Chambers, Benchmark Litigation, The Deal and other publications as a top lawyer. She is a passionate advocate for women’s causes, serving on our Leadership Council and mentoring the next generation of leaders in her field. Bill Derrough is a seasoned investment banker with 35+ years of experience advising companies, boards, investors, unions and governments on strategic transactions, including 17 years at Moelis & Company where he was most recently Global Head of Capital Structure Advisory. Over his career, he has advised over 500 engagements with an aggregate value of over $600 billion. He is a frequent speaker at financial and legal industry conferences, and has been active in several nonprofit organizations. A mentor and trailblazer, Bill is deserving of this honor.
