On May 27th, Tina’s Wish partnered with KKR to host a fireside chat exploring the critical role of genetic testing in ovarian cancer early detection and prevention.
Anna Thomas of KKR and Caroline Wilson Lanning of Tina’s Wish opened the conversation with an overview of Tina’s Wish, our mission, and the life-saving importance of early detection. The fascinating fireside chat was led by Lauren Krueger of KKR, a 2026 Tina Brozman Mentoring Award Recipient, in conversation with Dr. Melissa Frey, gynecologic oncologist at Weill Cornell Medicine, who shared compelling insights into the science of ovarian cancer, ways to reduce one’s risk and the power of prevention and early intervention
