MIO Partners x Tina’s Wish Lunch & Learn
On May 13th, Tina’s Wish partnered with MIO Partners to host “Coffee with a Cause” — a meaningful gathering to champion advocacy, education, and advancement of ovarian cancer research.
The conversation featured Tina’s Wish-funded researcher and Scientific Advisory Board Co-Chair Lan Coffman, MD, PhD, of UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, who offered compelling insights into the science behind ovarian cancer and early detection.
Moderated by Veena Malpani, the session closed with a Q&A, giving attendees the chance to explore how genetic testing can be a truly life-changing tool.
Following the event, the MIO Partners team came together for a care packing session, assembling comfort bags and writing cards for ovarian cancer patients in hospitals across the country.
